#2. Do research about amusement parks and their rides. Choose one ride and make a model of it using things you can find around the house like cardboard, string, straws,toothpicks, sponges, etc. By the way, my students and I used to make 3-D models of geometric shapes using toothpicks and small gumdrops. Ask if you can try that, too!
