There are many books and websites that teach you about making good healthy choices. Ask your parent if you can use the internet to find one. Two sites that I have used are www.sleepforkids.org and www.kidshealth.org. Of course, you can always go to the library! That is one of my favorite places!  I am sure that you can find some fun facts about sleep. Then make up a quiz to test your family and friends.
 
Here are some of the fun facts I learned by reading:

#2. Skipping one night’s sleep makes a person CRANKY and CLUMSY!
(Look those words up in the dictionary, if you don’t know what they mean.) Skipping two nights makes a person have trouble thinking and doing things.
 
You can tell that getting a good night’s sleep is very important!
